RATE POLICIES Leonard Limo Service Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Leonard Limo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Leonard Limo services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
🚘 Additional Charges: Tolls, parking, phone usage, and Surface Transportation Charge (STC), as well as airport fees and other surcharges, are not included in the initial estimate and may apply to the final price.
💼 Rates: Rates include the driver fee, service provider fee, and concierge fee. The concierge fee can be up to 100% of the base rate.
Rate Estimate: Rates provided prior to service are only estimates. Wait time and/or additional services may affect the final price.
⛽ Surface Transportation Charge (STC): STC is a percentage-based fee applied to cover overhead costs, some of which may not relate to the specific trip.
Fuel Surcharge: A flat percentage of the base rate is applied as a Fuel Surcharge.
👶 Child Safety Seats: Leonard Limo does not provide child safety or booster seats. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and install child seats as needed. By using Leonard Limo services, you assume all risks. Leonard Limo and its affiliates provide no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, security, reliability, or timeliness of any trip.
🧳 Lost or Misplaced Items: Leonard Limo is not liable for any lost or misplaced personal belongings left in any vehicle.
🚐 Vehicle Images: Vehicle makes and models shown on our website are examples only. We cannot guarantee a specific make or model.
🤝 Airport Concierge: All meet and greet services must be booked at the time of reservation.
Baggage Claim Greets:
- Inbound Flights (Domestic & International): $175
- Outbound Flights: $275
Gate Greets: Pricing and availability available upon request.
⏰ Additional Charges for Hourly Rates: All hourly rates are subject to parking fees, tolls, and other charges incurred during the service.
🚏 Stops During an Airport Transfer:
- Extra stops are charged $30 per stop (includes a 10-minute grace period).
- More than one extra stop converts the reservation to hourly billing.
🛬 Airport Transfer Grace Period:
- Domestic Flights: 45 minutes
- International Flights: 75 minutes
Waiting time beyond these periods is billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate, in 15-minute increments.
❌ Cancellation Policy:
- More than 1 hour before pickup: No charge (unless travel time to pickup location exceeds 1 hour).
- Less than 1 hour before pickup: Late cancellation fees apply.
- Airport Transfers: Full transfer rate charged.
- Hourly Reservations: Charged at the hourly rate and minimums.
After scheduled pickup time: Waiting time charges may apply.
🚫 No Shows: No-shows are charged the full transfer rate, unless the guest contacts us from the airport and is unable to locate their chauffeur or greeter. If contact is attempted and not made, no-show fees will not apply.
🕰️ Travel Time: Hourly charges begin when the vehicle leaves our headquarters and end upon its return.
